Terms of Use for RE KAMATA

RE KAMATA (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility") establishes the following Terms of Use in accordance with Article 8 of the Accommodation Agreement. Guests are kindly requested to use the Facility in accordance with these terms. Failure to comply may result in denial of stay or use of the Facility, and compensation for any damages incurred.

1. Use of Guest Rooms

  1. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
    • Cancellations up to 30 days before the check-in date: Free of charge
    • Cancellations between 29 and 15 days before the check-in date: 50% of the accommodation fee
    • Cancellations within 14 days of the check-in date or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
  2. The room key will be handed over at check-in. Please return it directly to the host at check-out.
  3. Please take the key with you and lock the doors when leaving the premises.
  4. Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when sleeping or leaving the premises.
  5. No shoes are allowed inside the building. Please remove your shoes at the entrance.
  6. Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the building.
  7. Use of open flames, fireworks, and BBQ equipment (except for designated cooking appliances) is prohibited.
  8. Use of the Facility for purposes other than accommodation without prior consent is prohibited.
  9. Rearranging or modifying furniture or appliances is prohibited. Any damage, stains, or loss will be charged at replacement cost.
  10. In case of damage to the building or facilities, repair costs will be charged.
  11. Exceeding the number of guests specified in the reservation is strictly prohibited. A penalty of JPY 50,000 per person will be charged for violations, and guests may be asked to leave.
  12. Please keep noise to a minimum during nighttime and early morning hours, as the Facility is located in a residential area. Disturbances may result in eviction.
  13. Pets are not allowed.
  14. Please report any malfunction or damage of equipment or furnishings immediately to the host at +81-90-4018-6077.
  15. A fee of JPY 30,000 will be charged for lost or damaged keys requiring unlocking or replacement.
  16. Late check-out is not available. Additional charges apply if the check-out time is exceeded.

2. Payment

  1. Payment is generally made via credit card through the reservation site.
  2. Additional fees or penalties may apply in case of violations or use of additional services.

3. Valuables

Guests are responsible for managing their own valuables. The Facility does not provide storage services before check-in or after check-out and is not liable for theft or loss.

4. Use of Parking

  1. Parking is available at a rate of JPY 1,000 per night per vehicle.
  2. The parking lot is located on the east side of the Facility. Unauthorized parking in other areas is prohibited.
  3. Please drive carefully as the roads around the Facility are very narrow. The Facility is not responsible for accidents or parking-related issues.

5. Refusal or Termination of Accommodation Contract

  1. Accommodation may be refused or terminated if the circumstances fall under Article 5 of the Accommodation Agreement.
  2. Refunds and penalties will be handled in accordance with the Accommodation Agreement. No objections will be accepted.

6. Prohibited Conduct within the Facility

  • Bringing in hazardous materials such as fire or explosives
  • Bringing animals or birds (except service animals)
  • Possession of items prohibited by law
  • Causing a nuisance through loud voices, noise, or use of equipment
  • Soliciting, advertising, or conducting sales activities
  • Smoking
  • Any other actions that violate the Accommodation Agreement

7. Changes to the Terms

  1. These Terms may be revised as a standard contract under the Civil Code if there are reasonable grounds.
  2. Changes will be published on the Facility's designated website and will take effect from the specified effective date.
  3. Updated documents or tablets showing the changes will be placed in guest rooms.

Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms and Conditions apply to accommodation agreements and related contracts entered into between the facility and the guest.

Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)

Persons wishing to apply for an accommodation contract must provide the facility with the following information:

  1. Guest's full name
  2. Dates of stay and expected time of arrival
  3. Method of payment for accommodation charges
  4. Other information deemed necessary by the facility

Article 3 (Conclusion of Contract)

The accommodation contract shall be deemed concluded when the facility accepts the application.

Article 4 (Refusal of Accommodation Contract)

The facility may decline to enter into an accommodation contract under any of the following circumstances:

  1. When the application violates these Terms and Conditions
  2. When no rooms are available due to full occupancy
  3. When the guest is likely to engage in behavior that violates public order or good morals
  4. When it is otherwise deemed that accepting the guest would interfere with the operation of the facility

Article 5 (Cancellation of Contract by the Facility)

The facility may cancel the accommodation contract under the following circumstances:

  1. When the guest violates these Terms and Conditions
  2. When the guest engages in conduct contrary to laws, public order, or good morals
  3. When continuation of the stay becomes impossible due to disasters or facility malfunctions

Article 6 (Guest Registration)

On the day of arrival, guests must register the following information with the facility:

  1. Full name, address, telephone number, and occupation
  2. For non-Japanese nationals: nationality, passport number, place and date of entry into Japan

Article 7 (Room Usage Hours)

Guests may use their room during the hours designated by the facility. However, this may differ in the case of long-term stays or separate agreements.

Article 8 (Compliance with Rules)

Guests must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the facility.

Article 9 (Payment of Charges)

Guests shall pay accommodation charges by the time of check-in or at a time designated by the facility, using the method specified.

Article 10 (Compensation for Damages)

Guests will be held responsible for any damage, stains, or loss caused to the building, equipment, or other items of the facility, and may be required to compensate for the full cost of repair or replacement.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

The facility bears no responsibility for theft, loss, or accidents involving the guest’s personal belongings, unless such incidents are caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the facility.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with the Kobe District Court having exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Privacy Policy
(Personal Information Protection Policy)

1. Acquisition of Personal Information

The Facility may collect personal information (such as name, address, telephone number, email address, passport information, etc.) within the necessary scope during accommodation reservations, inquiries, or use of services.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The personal information obtained will be used solely for the following purposes:

  • * Confirming and managing accommodation reservations
  • * Communicating in relation to the provision of services
  • * Contacting guests in case of emergencies
  • * Understanding usage status and improving services
  • * Responding in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

3. Provision to Third Parties

The Facility will not provide personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent, except as required by law.

4. Management of Personal Information

The Facility shall implement appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, falsification, or unauthorized access of personal information.

5. Supervision of Outsourced Service Providers

In cases where the Facility outsources a part of its operations, it shall ensure that the service providers handle personal information appropriately and shall supervise them accordingly.

6. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

Upon request from a customer for the disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information, the Facility will confirm the identity of the requester and respond promptly.

7. Compliance with Laws and Policy Review

The Facility shall comply with all laws and regulations regarding personal information, and will review and improve this policy as necessary.
